Returns & Refund Policy

At Ijese Wears & Concepts, customer satisfaction is important to us. We are committed to providing quality and premium goods and services, ranging from African print fabrics, shoes, bags, and accessories. Please read our returns and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

Goods purchased may be returned if and only when the underlisted conditions are satisfied:

  • The item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect from the company
  • Complaints must be timeous  and goods returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Cut or customized fabrics
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Items that have been used, altered, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Items not inspected upon delivery 

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team immediately, upon receipt of item and notice of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect).
  3. Once your return request is approved, return instructions will be provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Incorrect items shipped
  • Defective or damaged items
  • Size issues for eligible products, subject to stock availability

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact the company immediately, on receipt of delivery and inspection and include clear photographs of the item, packaging and other proof as may be required in the circumstance.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
