Social Media Manager

Location: Abuja (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and highly organized Social Media Manager to lead our online presence across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, growing our online community, increasing brand awareness, and driving traffic and sales through strategic digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies.
  • Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Design and schedule daily posts, reels, and stories.
  • Manage community engagement and respond to messages and comments promptly.
  • Collaborate with the sales team on campaigns and promotions.
  • Monitor analytics and prepare monthly performance reports.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends and emerging platforms.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience managing business social media accounts.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
  • Experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Basic knowledge of social media advertising is an added advantage.
  • Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Sales Representative

Location: Abuja (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We’re looking for an energetic Sales Representative to help grow our customer base, build lasting relationships with clients, and achieve sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries professionally.
  • Process customer orders accurately.
  • Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
  • Generate leads and convert prospects into loyal customers.
  • Promote products through various sales channels.
  • Maintain customer records and sales reports.
  • Support promotional campaigns and exhibitions when required.

Requirements

  • Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Basic computer literacy.
